Our full service approach means we cover a broader scope than just helping you purchase property.  We have a team of professionals we've worked with that handle the loan process, escrow, inspections, appraisals and understand the needs of foreign clients.  We recognize that many aspects of the research and buying process differ here compared to Canada.  You don't see many termite inspections in Canada....  We're here to lead you through that process.

Since we deal in both the corporate relocation and investment market we can assist you with 'our favorite picks'  when choosing a permanent relocation, vacation home or investment property .  There are some great new investment properties to choose from.  The Canadian dollar is doing great again in the later part of 2009 and is projected to be at par by the end of the 4th quarter.  It's still a buyers market here right now and a great time to invest.

And our full service approach doesn't end with your home purchase.  A vacation property may be empty for much of the year and we've teamed with a company that provides 'house checking' while you are away.  It's our job to provide you with the tools and resources to properly maintain your property.
