I believe Education to be extremely important, especially in the ever changing field of Real Estate. As a Realtor® licensed in the State of Arizona I am required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years. That's not really very much when you break it down to only 1 hour of education a month. I have always been committed to further my education within the industry.
